Phillip Soven had one hell of a 2008, sweeping the Pro Wakeboard Tour in route to his second consecutive King of Wake season title. Well, Phil’s starting ’09 just like he finished ’08. Not only is he debuting his fourth pro model wakeboard — the brand-new Liquid Force S4 — and his first self-titled pro model boot, Soven also scored the cover of WBM’s March issue, the 2009 Board Buyers Guide.
