Boat Shows and Frozen Stingers

This past weekend was the Minneapolis boat show. Usually LF sends an athlete to boat shows to help sell product and spread good Liquid Force cheer. The Minneapolis show was a bit different, LF sent their very own Mike “Zim” Zimmerman to the show. I am not sure if you have ever had the pleasure to meet Zim, but this guy has more LF cheer then everyone at LF put together. Zim helps with inside sales here in the Encinitas office, which makes him an expert on every LF product in the line. However, Zim’s true love is hockey. Chris Bank, the LF rep in the upper Mid West, thought it would be a great idea to have Zim help with his boat show and in the meantime be the ringer on his ice hockey team for the US Pond Hockey Championships. Unfortunately it was -12 degrees outside and the team didn’t do quite as well as they wanted to, but they had a great time none the less. Oh, and they sold a ton of awesome LF boards, bindings and apparel at the boat show. If you haven’t been to a boat show yet this year, but sure to visit one in your area soon. And remember to get yourself some new LF goods.
