TSR Cablestock Results
Cablestock 2009 was again one of the best weekends of the year so far. Tom Fooshee regained his title on the cable lake and those who attended witnessed Cody Johnson’s rise among professional cable wakeboarders. Cody has quickly become a force to be reckon with, giving Tom a run for his money and beating 2005 World games champion Josh Rice. It is obvious that Cody and Tom ride at the same cable (TSR) and train together often. The hard work paid off as the two finished first and second and both podiumed in the structure only comp as well. Aaron Reed took the wakeskate title and David Roehm won the game of S-K-A-T-E on the all new Rixen Little Bro two tower system. Ryan Smith took hope the Jr. division while Louise Sawyer won womens. Both of those riders showed off their abilities in every aspect of cable wakeboarding where TSR uses the SACK format for judging. (S-sliders, A-air tricks, C-composition, K-kickers) The percentage of total score varies between divisions but the basic format rewards strong all around riders. For those of you whop couldn’t make it to TSR for this year’s event you really missed out, Hope to see you next year!
