At KC Watersports, we are keeping the Fools Fest tradition going for yet another year! This coming weekend starting Friday April 1 – 3, we are holding our Annual Fools Fest Party.
New Owner/Park Manager Sean Hollonbeck stated, “We couldn’t imagine a better opening weekend than continuing the tradition into 2011! Ski and snowboard season has ended, the weather is changing and riders are ready to hit the water.”

This year KC Watersports is offering a three day “FOOLIE PASS”! You may be wondering what is a “Foolie Pass”? Well, the pass includes three days of riding, entry fees, a VIP Saturday morning breakfast and a 2011 Fools Fest Event t-shirt! For those of you who are competition minded, the pass also includes entry into any of the 6 competition categories, beginner, intermediate, advanced, women’s, wakeskate & kneeboard. So, “IS YOU IS, OR IS YOU AIN’T, A FOOLIE?” For more details about the “Foolie Pass”, season pass holders, contest times, open rides and other activities go to www.kcwatersports.com , click on EVENTS and click on FOOLS FEST APRIL 1-3. Prices are all posted online and you can save money by purchasing online in advance! The opening ceremony on Friday will be the “Parade of Fools”, so be sure to check on the details online….costumes are encouraged!

If you’re not a foolie, we encourage you to come out and support our local fools. Take photos and videos of your friends & kids! Submit these photos and videos to be posted on KC Watersports website and facebook!

Marco Thompson, one of the new Owner/ Investors of KC Watersports will also be flying in from San Diego to attend Fools Fest this year. Marco stated, “Our team is excited to meet all the riders who spend their summer at KCW. We have added a few new festivities to Fools Fest this year and Sean and his team are continuing to make progress with improvements to the park as well. We are hitting the ground running and are ready to get the season started!.” Sean and Marco are ready to shake some hands and kiss some babies. We have all of our Liquid Force gear which will be available for rent or sale!

We also have wetsuits for rent and O’Neill Wetsuits to buy.
