Yes- quadruple front flips, triple backflips, 1440's to blind and jumping 300ft to set the long distance record on a wakeboard

Dont have one- my family got me off to a pretty good start though.

the weather channel - tv kinda sucks with all the reality shows, although they are so bad that its hard to stop watching once you start
