We are LF'n stoked that Gavin Stuckey, the newest member of the LF Pro Team, was just named Alliance Wake's Rider of the Year for 2024. The ROTY award was established in 2001, Alliance's first year as a magazine, and Gavin joins an elite group of riders as one of the best of the best. What makes it extra special for Gavin, is his ROTY win comes on the heels of his big bro Trent taking home the honor in 2023.
Gavin set himself apart from the rest of the field by crushing it in every contest he entered, regularly putting out jaw-dropping clips that showed off both his technical abilities and his unique, creative, always-smooth style. But to really put a bow on his first season with LF, and to seemingly seal the deal for winning ROTY, Gavin dropped his season-long edit "Fusion." Gavin showcased not only his prowess in the park, for which he's built his still-young career upon, but then blew everybody's collective minds by laying it down with unbelievable winch hits and top-level boat riding.
With that, congrats, Gavin! This honor is beyond well deserved, and we're stoked for you to have earned it! The future is bright and we (and the rest of the wake-watching world, we're sure) can't wait to see what's next!
